As a Fashion Business and Design educator at Universitas Surabaya’s Faculty of Creative Industries, I cultivate strategic thinking at the intersection of creativity and commerce. My courses in fashion design principles, branding, and entrepreneurship equip students with both technical skills and business acumen. Parallel to academia, I serve as Manager of Ubaya Innovation Hub (UIH), where I guide startups through incubation and acceleration programs, transforming ideas into viable fashion and creative enterprises. This dual role allows me to bridge theoretical frameworks with real-world industry validation, ensuring my teaching remains grounded in market realities.
